Shipping is $8 for orders under $90 and FREE for orders over $90. During sales or promotions, discounted items will ship for a flat $8 fee regardless of order total. All discounted or sale items are FINAL SALE. We ship to the contiguous 48 states via USPS Priority. Please contact us for shipping rates to Hawaii and Alaska. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will ship out the following business day. 

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return your purchase? No problem! Merchandise may be returned and your original form of payment refunded if it's postmarked 7 days from the date your package was delivered. You have up until 14 days for a store credit or exchange. If you are interested in making an exchange, please give us a call so we can hold the new items for you. Returned merchandise must be unworn with tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt. The Pink Crab reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the merchandise does not meet the conditions above.

All sale/promo items are FINAL SALE - they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Have a return from Lilly Pulitzer corporate? We can initiate the return process for you! Just bring the products you want to return, associated GWPs, and the invoice with the order number. Unfortunately we are unable to take returns from a brick and mortar Lilly Pulitzer corporate location, or from another Signature/Specialty Store.
