Shipping

Shipping is $10 for orders under $200 and FREE for orders over $200. During sales or promotions, discounted items will ship for a flat $10 fee regardless of order total. All discounted or sale items are FINAL SALE. We ship to the contiguous 48 states via USPS Priority. Please contact us for shipping rates to Hawaii and Alaska. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will ship out the following business day. 

In-Store Return Policy

In-person returned merchandise must be unworn in original packaging with all tags and tickets attached. Pink Crab accepts returns for exchange or store credit only. Returns are accepted on items that are full price, unworn, in new condition, and have ALL original tags attached. 

Website Return Policy

In order to process a return, please email us at PinkCrab17@lslbrands.com or call us at 410-216-9994. Items must be received within 14 days of receipt of purchase by mail or in store. Once we have received your exchange on orders placed online or over the phone, please allow at least 2 weeks for the processing to complete. 

All sale/promo items are FINAL SALE - they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Lilly Corporate Returns

Have a return from Lilly Pulitzer corporate? We can initiate the return process for you! Just bring the products you want to return, associated GWPs, and the invoice with the order number. Unfortunately we are unable to take returns from a brick and mortar Lilly Pulitzer corporate location, or from another Signature/Specialty Store.
