The Pink Crab ships to all 50 states via UPS. Please contact us for shipping rates to Hawaii and Alaska. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will ship out the following business day. At the moment we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, we apologize for the inconvenience!

Who likes waiting? We know we don't, and we want to ensure you receive your items ASAP! The Crabettes pack all orders and ship them directly to you from both our locations. If you don't receive everything in the first package, be on the lookout for a second with the rest of your order, it's coming for the other store!
The Pink Crab updates the website daily, but in the unlikely event an item you ordered is no longer available, we will notify you as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone.
Need to return your purchase? No problem! Merchandise may be returned and your original form of payment refunded if it's postmarked 7 days from the date your package was delivered. You have up until 14 days for a store credit or exchange. If you are interested in making an exchange, please give us a call so we can hold the new items for you!
Returns can also be made to either of our Pink Crab locations.
All returned merchandise must be unworn with tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt. The Pink Crab reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the merchandise does not meet the conditions above.
